Get to know me

I have been an active person throughout my life, and movement is one of my main passions (coffee is another one!). I started taking dance classes as a kid, and I fell in love with it, mainly training in ballet, jazz, and modern. However, I struggled with some injuries, mainly in my left knee. Once I was introduced to the Pilates method, first with mat and then the various equipment later on, I gained some strength and regained mobility in my knee that has helped me keep dancing and moving.

My mission

I believe movement and Pilates is for everyone, and my approach to teaching is to be inclusive. I like to get to know my clients' reasons for coming to Pilates and address their goals and needs.
